Cognitive Behavorial Therapy
CBT focuses on the interconnectedness of thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions. It breaks overwhelming problems into smaller parts that are easier to deal with. CBT focuses on current problems and patterns of behaviour.

Person-Centred Care involves providing personalised care that is collaborative and coordinated. The client's specific needs, their values, beliefs and personal preferences guide all counselling decisions and goal setting.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic Therapy aims to understand the connection between your current feelings and actions and past experiences. It attempts to uncover the unconscious mind and the client is encouraged to talk openly about their childhood and relationships.
